It is a filter medium that is very different from traditional quartz sand filter material. , with the characteristics of fast filtration speed, large amount of waste interception and self-adaptation. This filter material has been widely used in comet fiber filters, comet fiber filters, etc.
The comet-type fiber filter, also known as the D-type filter, uses comet-type (adaptive) fiber filter material as the filter material. This is an asymmetrically configured fiber filter material with loose fiber filaments at one end. The bundle is called the comet tail. The other end is a relatively heavy and larger solid body in which the fiber bundles are melted and fixed. It is called the comet nucleus, and the whole body is comet-shaped.
The D-type filter can achieve high filtration speed and high-precision filtration, thereby reducing the floor space and improving the quality of the effluent. In addition, the D-type filter can be controlled in two ways: manual control and automatic control, which can be adjusted according to the user's needs. Flexible, advanced and unique interception technology needs to be developed to ensure that the filter material will not be lost during backwashing.
